- Device/browser data and cookies for security and fraud prevention
Uses
Typical uses include fulfilling orders, verifying age and shipping eligibility, preventing fraud, complying with tax and PACT Act reporting, and providing support. Do not use customer data for youth marketing.
Sharing
The SPOT may share delivery and contact data with couriers/drivers, age-verification vendors, tax/licensing authorities when required, and support tools. Because The SPOT does not take online card payments, card networks are not used for web checkout — in-person card payments at delivery are processed on a separate POS.
